Varsity Golf Boys: Chargers 117 vs St. Pete Catholic 135 *Rain shortened to 7 holes* The boys varsity golf team played very well in our shortened golf match on Tuesday at home. Karim O. led the way with an even par round of 28. Tim M. and Kyle M. recorded a pair of 1 over 29's and Greyson P. shot 31. Our team record is 6-0 for the season. Girls: Chargers 72 vs St. Pete Catholic 66 *Rain shortened to 6 holes* Our girls are coming into form and playing some nice golf. The match was tight from the beginning and we were making up ground on the Barons when the rain hit. Our match was shortened to only 6 holes due to heavy rain. Sabrina M. 34 Shelby T. 38

Boys: Chargers 151 vs. Tampa Catholic 154, Chargers 7-0 The boys varsity team recorded an impressive victory against one of the top teams in our region, Tampa Catholic. Our chargers were led by Greyson P. shooting a one under par 35. Junior Karim O. continued his steady and stellar play by shooting 36. Mr. Dependable and our only senior Tim M. shot another solid round of 38. Rounding out the top four scores was Kyle M. with a 42. Our boys team is now 7-0 on the season. Keep up the great work boys. The girls faced a tough three girl squad from Tampa Catholic. Our girls fought hard all match. Shorecrest 2 - 0 to start the 2013 Boys Golf Season.

The Varsity Boys Golf team started their season off with a big win in a tri-match over Northside and Calvary Christian. Shorecrest scored a team total of 166, while Northside and Calvary scored 179 and 192 respectively. Our Chargers were led by junior Karim O. with a solid 38. The remaining contributing scores were posted by Kyle M. 42, Greyson P. 43 and Tim M. 43. Wish our Chargers luck as we compete in three matches next week.
